1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using World Trainer Forum ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Platform Description

World Trainer Forum is an online marketplace connecting clients (individuals and organizations) with professional trainers, coaches, mentors, and speakers. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the training service contract between clients and trainers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Users must be 18 years or older.

4. Trainer Obligations

Trainers listed on the platform must: hold the qualifications they claim, deliver sessions as booked, maintain professional standards, and comply with our Code of Conduct. Misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate booking information, attend sessions as scheduled, treat trainers with professional respect, and provide honest and fair reviews. Abuse of the review system is prohibited.

6. Payments and Commission

All payments are processed through Razorpay or Stripe. World Trainer Forum charges trainers a platform commission (currently 10% after the first 3 free months). Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel sessions with full refund 24+ hours before the scheduled time. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. Trainer cancellations result in 100% refund to client. No-show policy: no refund without documented emergency.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (design, code, copy, logos) is owned by World Trainer Forum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Training materials shared by trainers remain their IP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

World Trainer Forum is a marketplace — we are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of training sessions. Our maximum liability to any party is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before seeking court remedies.
